AT&T has launched a new Pantech Flex, expanding its LTE 4G range , the carrier’s first smartphone to provide
the option to choose between the traditional Android operating mode and a
more simplified version which is ideal for new smartphone users. Running Android
4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the handset offers the Easy Experience mode
that prioritizes customers’ apps on the home screen in a clearly
organized and easy-to-read format. Of course, more advanced users can
still use the traditional Android operating mode.
The Pantech Flex includes a 1.5Ghz dual-core
processor. It has a 4.-3inch qHD Super AMOLED touchscreen, a 8 Megapixel
main camera with 1080p Full HD video recording, a 2 Megapixel front
camera as well as Bluetooth, GPS and WiFi connectivity. The SwiftKey
keyboard technology is included for easy, accurate and quick typing.
AT&T will release the Pantech Flex on 16 September for $49.99.
